Self-Worth!

Self-worth defined as “the sense of one’s own value or worth as a person” but why do we need to feel that kind of self-worth in ourselves?Well everyone deserves that and the reality here is it based on what are your contribution in other people and in the society and who you are. But it is about our physical accomplishments? Or our appearance? No because since when we born in this world and have consciousness we should feel the worth and love we deserve.

“Real happiness comes from being content with and proud of yourself.”

We should start it in ourselves, learn to appreciate our inner and outer self and be contented, that is the way in order to achieve the real happiness. Stop comparing ourselves to others because we are different to them and have a different personality and skills. Just settle all the things into positive and conquer the negative feelings and thoughts.
